ExecVision analyzes existing call recordings by leveraging AI to unlock key insights, flag coachable moments, interpret emotion and compare outcomes. This provides managers with insights into what is and isn’t working on every call, and what differentiates top performers from everyone else. Users can then search interactions and make smarter decisions by combining CRM data with real conversation data.

Job Brief

We’re looking for an accomplished Hunter to join our team as a Mid-Market AE. You are a captivating storyteller, who can truly engage an audience on a call or in-person. You gain rapport quickly, are a natural at empathizing with clients and prospects, and can change your talking points based on the industry and level of executive You have a never-ending desire to ask questions and uncover challenges. This is a full-time, quota-carrying role based out of our Arlington, VA office.

Responsibilities

  • Work with the ExecVision SDR team to source new sales opportunities
  • Understand customer needs and requirements
  • Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure
  • Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas
  • Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest
  • Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory
  • Team with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals
  • Perform effective online demos to prospects

Requirements

  • 2-years of outbound prospecting and cold outreach experience
  • 1+ years selling technology to sales, customer success or call center leaders
  • Professional phone and presentation experience
  • Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced, startup environment
  • Highly organized, process-driven, excellent written & verbal skills
  • Self-Starter & problem solver
  • Track record of over-achieving quota
  • Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day
  • Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools
  • Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Strong listening and presentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
