Mining for Gold: The Data that Dictates Measurable Performance Improvement
The business world is awash in data. With all of the technology out there, you can measure just about anything to understand business performance…and what’s troubling, you can likely find data that supports contradicting points of view. With this dearth of information, it’s important for time-strapped business leaders to focus only on the metrics that correlate directly to performance or that uncover areas for improvement and optimization. But there are different points of view on what those metrics are. In this session, we seek to have a healthy debate about the future of data and analytics in relation to employee and organizational performance.
